• Every 4 weeks can go up by 2.5mg based on dosing scale shown below

• Some stay on lower doses longer if appetite is suppressed

• add up your weekly doses and divide by the vial mg to see how many doses you get
• If a new start this vial will get you 6 weeks of medication
